This firm has a partner in Kota Kinabalu by the name of Chan & Shahriman Arkitek Sdn Bhd. This partnership of Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu office is a “strategic alliance” which transforms the firms into a single strong entity Our objective is to provide the highest quality professional services output, maximizing creativity, efficiency and cost effectiveness. The firm integrates the resources of highly talented and experienced designers and competent technical personnel using “state of the art” computer hardwares and softwares as automation tools. It is a multi-disciplinary team approach which has resulted satisfactory completion of projects undertaken Tasks & responsibilities - Self-motivated, disciplined, performance driven and able to work independently. - Resourceful, able to meet tight deadlines and multi-tasking. - Assist in projects undertaken by the Company. - Assist in implementing project according to schedules and budget. - To have flair and creative in the design proposal - To attend regular coordination/site meetings to ensure that the architectural works are being carried out in accordance with contract documents. - To prepare conceptual sketch proposals, submission drawings, construction detail drawings, and necessary documents for coordination / Tender / Meetings. - To liaise and coordinate with related parties including clients, consultants, authorities, etc. Apply now! we offer competitive salary packages and benefits.
