*What applies to you* The Project Management Officer Executive (PMO) is to provide support in project implementation for the company. The key responsibilities include to support Project Manager, Project Leader, and the project team to achieve project success by meeting the objective and goals. *What you will do* • To support the Project Manager and project team to keep track on the project progress and status. • Coordinate project with relevant project stakeholders, ensure proper communication, close gaps between team member, directing team members toward the project goal. • Provide timely project reporting to Project Manager and Management, including project status, issues, risks, and budget. • Organizing and attend project meeting, taking meeting minutes and maintain project repository for auditing purposes. • Support the internal PMO processes, tools and workflows, and update Project Management Touchpoint (PMT) system and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed. • Support and assist in other ad hoc tasks, duties, projects, and activities as assigned by the Management. *What you will need* • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Project Management / Business Administration or equivalent. • At least 1-2 years in Project / Programme Management Office experience and project deliveries within the IT industry. • Experienced in Project Management concepts, Project Management certification is an advantage but not a must (PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile Scrum). • Good knowledge of MS Offices tools (Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, Project) and experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Micro Focus PPM, etc) will be added advantage. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders. • High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously. • Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills. • Possess a great attitude and a willingness to learn; adapt and work well in a team.
