Car Park Officer, Car Park Attendant

To patrol the streets to enforce parking restrictions; • To patrol in the parking area to ensure smooth traffic flow at all times; • To ensure the safety of pedestrians; • To ensure traffic and parking laws are complied with; • To conduct routine checks within the car park and ensure all related equipment is in good working order, including lighting; • To report all maintenance issues, faults and observations that require further action and notify the Car Park Supervisor; • To manage wheel clamping; • To check and clean all car park equipment; • To assist the maintenance department in preventive maintenance when needed; • To attend any repairing job; • To perform any additional duties as and when requested by the superior and the management.
