Plant Operator

 Ensure the targeted production with the right quality and quantity are met with utilization of utilities maximized.  Check process parameters regularly for smooth plant operation  Maintains good housekeeping and 5S at all times to ensure safe working conditions  Attend to all blockages, breakdowns etc when situations arise.  Carry out all jobs designated during plant preventive maintenance or annual shutdown  Use suitable PPE based on nature of work to ensure safe environment.  Record process data and maintain log sheets on regular basis for easy access to all daily records  Write reports before hand over of shift for continuation of information flow  Adhere to Performance Standard as per streamlined by the company  Send relevant samples to Laboratory at regular frequency for analysis  Check the laboratory result and tune the plant accordingly in liaison with the plant supervisor  Execute daily operation following ‘Work Instruction’ to reduce risks when working  Report to Shift Plant Supervisor for any incident, accidents or abnormal emission during the shift for immediate action.  To comply all requirements of the systems as per standards issued.
