Responsibilities:

To ensure all the Finished Goods received is correct and tallied with MTN and storage at right location and dispatch on time when requested.
To ensure all the goods stored in warehouse is properly arranged, wrapping and labeled.
To raise MTN for Magri stock transaction.
Controlling of segregation on EU/MSC cargos.
To monitor cold room temperature and maintain the cold chain.
To ensure FIFO system in placed.
To ensure Forklift and Pallet truck well maintain.
To ensure stock accountability and carry out monthly stock check.
To ensure cold storage in clean and hygiene condition and secure.
Work accordance to SOP & QAP-16.
To ensure every cold storage & equipment maintenance in placed any breakdown to report immediately to Line Leader.
Work closely with section superior to ensure to meet all the audits requirement is followed/maintained/improve regularly.
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
