Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

Job duties and responsibilities: • Process travel and medical insurance claim • All claims are appropriately handled, documented, evaluated and investigated within the Guidelines. • Identify potential for fraudulent/recovery in claims. • To meet deadline in submission of assignments, monthly claims status reports and any other ad hoc reports as and when required. • To provide fast, efficient and courteous claims service to all clients within the standards established by the Company. • To ensure proper complaint handling, including prompt escalations, acknowledgements and timely updates to clients. Job Requirements • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree • Added advantage will be given to those who possess a minimum of 2 years travel/medical insurance claims • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing • Strong communication and listening skills • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
