Required Native Speakers: Global English, Indonesian, Philippines You are also required to perform these job functions: • Manage the front desk and office administration task • Welcomes global visitors & international client by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries. • Attend to all incoming and outgoing official telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents and handle courier services • Perform general administrative duties inclusive i.e., Inventory list for pantry supplies, organization of meeting rooms. • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. • Keep inventory of building maintenance repair/replace items and liaise with building maintenance/vendors. • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
