- Act as a shift leader of the front office operation, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and room assignments.
- Monitoring and optimising staff scheduling and workflow to ensure efficient and responsive guest service.
- Assists the Front Office Manager in organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of the front office in order to ensure smooth operation and proper administration of the department.
- Ensure that the staff adheres to the Standard Operating Procedure of the front office.
