Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.
- Manage aging, potential risk and salvageable inventories
- Monitor sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock level is maintained.
- Responsible to monitor left over promo stocks and initiate clearance plan.
- Liaise with Supply Chain department on shipping schedule and monitor and track arrival of container shipment.
- Liaise closely with relevant department eg. Sales, Marketing, Merchandising etc. on product launching and growth plan Brand & Product Management
- Lead on creation of product strategy and roadmap base on business objective
- Price setting and review upon market changes
- Drive new product, ensure brand awareness and analyze product market strategy Advertising & Promotional
- Prepare marketing and formulate effective promotion plan to support and meet sales objective.
- Identify, develop and evaluate promotional strategy
- Plan, track and manage A&P fund within budget Sales Support
- Monitor and review the product’s movement at both retail and food service.
- Conduct regular market visits with sales personnel.
- Monitor and conduct sampling activities in the trade, as well as provide product training to sales team and customers.
- Take charge of price quotation, tender or contract (food service) and promotion costactivation.
- Monitor product portfolio’s GP/Margin in-line with the company’s requirements and objective Analysis & Reports
- Provide analytical support to principal on market share, competitor activity and constantly monitor competitor pricing, assortment, product launch for both retail and food service.
- Prepare Business Review presentation (food service and retail) to principal when required
.Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Product Executive or in FMCG field.
- Preferably Executives specializing in F&B industry
- Able to multitask and operate in fast paced and result oriented environment
- Possess strategic and long-term thinking with solid brand analysis and execution experience to enable strong business decisions.
- High command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrates willingness to work with others.
- Willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
