SENIOR RADIOGRAPHER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides patient services using different imaging modalities.

2. Performs all radiography procedures.

3. Competent to assist radiologist in special radiological procedures.

4. Must know how to perform post processing work for all radiology modalities.

5. Carries out the range of diagnostic examinations according to duty roster in the department.

6. Produces good quality diagnostic radiographs with maximum radiation safety measures.

7. Participates in department roster including shift and call duties as required by the radiology service demands.

8. Participate in the all equipment maintenance program, report faulty machine and follow up with the status. To ensure that the image quality is not compromised.

9. Cleaning the instrument after each procedure as per infection control policy.

10. Ensure the procedure room is always clean and complies with Infection Control guidelines.

11. Perform other duties or any other task as assigned by department head / superior.

REQUIREMENTS

· Possess Diploma @ Degree in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy

· Minimum 2-5 years of working experiences

· Can work independently with minimal supervision

· Good medical imaging knowledge

· Able to perform general radiography and specialized imaging including mammography, CT, etc

· Having excellent and effective communication skill

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
