Job Description

  • Achieve sales target set by the Company.
  • Familiar with social media, must able to answer online enquiries promptly and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up and serve potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Keep updated on product professional knowledge and promotion scheme.
  • Conduct health assessment for customers, inform them about their health conditions, and encourage them to entrust their health to us, leading to successful transactions.
  • Receive and serve walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation.
  • Open and maintain customer profile to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback and consumption experience.
  • Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Mandarin speaking is preferred
  • Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
