As a Telemarketing Specialist at V Care 4 U Solution, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients and driving business growth through outbound calls and lead generation efforts. Your role will involve communicating with businesses and individuals to promote our advertising services, educate them on the value we bring, and secure opportunities for follow-up meetings or partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services and explain how our advertising solutions can help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information about their business needs and interests. Maintain a pipeline of prospects for future outreach.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Listen carefully to clients' needs, understand their challenges, and offer tailored advertising solutions that best meet their requirements.
  • Data Management: Update and manage customer information in our CRM system. Track interactions and follow-up activities to ensure proper documentation and progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering questions, handling objections, and building trust with potential clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation metrics. Actively contribute to team goals and success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, listen actively, and deliver persuasive messages in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Sales-Oriented: Motivated by achieving goals and generating new business opportunities, with the ability to overcome objections and close conversations with actionable next steps.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for building strong relationships with potential clients and delivering value in a consultative manner.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage client information.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and other software to track leads, update information, and stay organized.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and staying focused on performance objectives.
  • Experience: Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide full training to help you succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
