- Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions.

- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to improve skills and competencies.
- Assist in designing and implementing programs for onboarding, leadership development, and skill enhancement.

- Assist in salary reviews, payroll management, and benefits administration.

- Ensure that the company complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Help update HR policies and procedures as needed to stay compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support audits and maintain employee records in line with legal requirements.
- HR Data and Reporting
- Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, attendance, etc.) and prepare reports for management.
- Use data to help inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Administrative Support
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks like managing employee records, handling correspondence, and processing paperwork.
- Assist in budget management for the HR department, including tracking expenses for recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
