- Assist the Sous Chef in all matters pertaining to daily operation and event orders.
- Fully responsible for smooth operation of his section, in supervising his staff and to ensure high standard of quality of food prepared, consistency in products, excellent presentation, standard portion size, tasty food served, proper food handling and storage.
- Take charge of the section in the absence of the Sous Chef.
- Prepare work station, stock, equipment for food preparation.
- Clean and maintain kitchen for food preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
Experience:
