  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.
  • Understand and execute staffing requisition, requirements, and attend to issues from all departments.
  • Update and maintain employees personal record and manpower report.
  • Participate in company events or staff activities on occasions by Management’s approval.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing, performance evaluation procedures, benefits management and HR administration.
  • Check all kinds of bill, such as clinic bill, invoice of outsource workers, insurance bill, rental fees, internet bill, etc.
  • Prepare basic HR correspondences, such as confirmation letter, warning letter, memo, show cause, etc.
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they carry out their tasks properly.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
