  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Arrange the pallet count and ensuring is conducted properly and accurately by monthly basis.
  • Arrange the pallets dehire and swap activity as per agreed schedule with pallet supplier.
  • Update and track all the pallet transaction In and Out on daily basis.
  • Ensure the good empty pallets are not run out and sufficient for supply to production line and co-packer
  • Ensure to keep or hold the ideal empty pallet quantity in warehouse to avoid from unnecessary rental cost.
  • Ensure all the pallet docket to be raised accurately to agents, transporters or customers.
  • Ensure all the pallet transaction are update or register at Loscam online.
  • Ensure all the pallet lost or damaged under transporter responsibility to be billed accordingly.
  • Follow up and ensure the debtor list to be forwarded to respective RSMs as well as ensuring all the outstanding payment to be settled by agents accordingly.
  • Ensure pallets are handling by warehouse operations and productions in proper and correctly in order to reduce the pallet damages.
  • Ensure all lost Co2 tank to be billed to transporters or customer accordingly.
  • Ensure all MEMO to be issued as per lead time and approved accordingly before proceed for tank injection of new outlets opening.
  • Ensure the required tanks for new outlet opening to be injected by warehouse and Linde on time as per MEMO requested date.
  • Shipment planning to Singapore. Plan shipment, request truck from transporter, submit POD to POD team within agreed time, invoice submission to finance and other related job to planning.
  • Any other duties, as and when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Management/ Warehouse and Logistics.
  • 1 Years of working experience as Warehouse/Inventory Operation
  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to use Microsoft Offices (Excel, Powerpoint and Words) to perform daily tasks.
  • Able to multi-task, independent, and handle stress under pressure and short timing environment.
  • Able communicate with different level of people.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
