- Drive recruitment based on business requirements. Developing and implementing strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. This involves creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring suggestions.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including maintain employee’s personal file, company insurance renewal and claims and prepare HR correspondences (eg: employees' confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary and other employment related letters).
- Drive improvement projects and initiatives. Ensures the company's operational efficiency, including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training and talent development, compensation and benefits, colleague engagement, performance management, and other related responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the teams to determine organizational training needs and coordinate the learning and development plan based on business inputs.
- Any other ad- hoc duties which are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
