Responsibility
· Work to achieve store monthly target
· Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs
· Keep up to date with product information
· Accurately describe product features and benefits
· Manage point-of-sale processes
· Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
· Follow all company policies and procedures
· Train new employees on sales and visual standards
Requirements
· Experienced as supervisor or senior role at least for 2 years
· Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
· Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
· Candidate must be willing to work at Mid Valley, KL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (Preferred)
