Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe for inpatients, cafeteria and other area.
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling
  • To train kitchen helpers and food service crew in proper methods of food preparation and sanitation.
  • Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
  • Prepares mise-en-place in a timely manner to avoid delay in production.
  • To assist executive chef and dietitian in menu planning, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
  • To assists executive chef to control inventories; checks food and supplies coming in and maintains inventories of the same.
  • To assist executive chef in team recruitment and training.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Culinary
  • At least 1 year experience in F&B line

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
