  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, configure and maintain the company network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points. Ensuring network availability, performance, and security.
  • Manage and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, including installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. Ensuring servers are operating efficiently and securely.
  • Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures or disasters. Regularly test backup and recovery procedures.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users regarding IT infrastructure, hardware/software and network related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, IT assets, software licensing, security configurations, procedures and incidents.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce information security policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Physical onsite or remote support to other branches is required when a need arises.
  • Remote support to end users in outstation is required.  Liaise and work closely with main contractors and vendors. Maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Sourcing and purchase of IT devices and equipment when necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.
  • Good knowledge in Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
  • Good knowledge in VMware, Veeam Backup, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Good knowledge in network switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs, VLAN and VPN.
  • Possess good analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in Linux is an added advantage.
  • Possess CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VCP certificate is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in cloud computing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
