Accounts Executive (Ref: MM)

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of overall accounting functions and reporting。
• Perform accounts payable and full set account, bank reconciliation, GL and liaise with auditors.
• Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable and receivable function including verifying and posting transactions (sales invoice and purchase invoice) in a timely manner.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and creditor reconciliation as well as to identify and follow up on the discrepancies.
• Update debtor aging and debtors statements.
• To liaise closely with internal and external auditors as well as furnish relevant accounting records and working papers.
• Analyze company’s financial performance to produce accurate and complete reports.
• Provide support to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Professional Qualification in Accounting (ie: ACCA, CIMA etc) is an added advantage.
• Preferably candidates with 2-3 years of working experience in accounting related matters for this position.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Full-time positions available.
• 5-days working (Mon- Fri).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
