Key responsibilities:
Strategic Events Planning:
- Work closely with the Marketing team in the development of event concepts, themes and strategies to align with business goals and brand positioning.
- Develop comprehensive events proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated for each project.
- Planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
Event Execution & Leadership:
- Onsite for event set up and dismantle.
- Manage all aspect of event production, including vendor sourcing and management, coordination, venue selection and logistics.
- Lead and mentor your own team, providing direction and support to ensure smooth execution of all event-related tasks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong communication throughout the event.
- On-site event management, ensuring execution adhering to good practices, troubleshooting issues in real-time and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Post-Event Analysis and Reporting:
- Lead post-event debriefs, compiling feedback and analyzing event performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement in event operations by implementing best practices and new technologies where applicable.
Vendor and Budget Management:
- Negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring expenditures are within the allocated budget and cost-saving opportunities are identified.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Marketing Engagement:
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and marketing collaterals.
- Ensure all events executed reflect clients’ brand image and values in all marketing and on-site presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Have at least 3 years of experiences in event planning and operation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
- Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Have own laptop & own transportation.
- Able to work during weekend & willingly to overtime.
