We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives within the forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the forwarding sector, utilizing market research and industry trends to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the logistics or forwarding industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
