AITO Firework is a growing Fire Protection Company with 70 staff including the technical and management in the whole Malaysia. We are looking for Sales Admin that Aggressively provide support to the management team and colleagues for company's SALES DEPARTMENT. Smartly contributing to the idea of sales, have mission and passion to this job. Disciplined and consistency on carrying a responsibilities such as entertaining client inquiry, actively communicate and build networking and have strong engagement with the clients. Responsible for performing, managing and organizing client data.
Responsibilities
- Expand business network by build business relationships with clients, identifying their needs effectively to contribute to the company’s top line
- Establish good relationship with clients/ customers
- Process orders via email or phone
- Prepare the quotation
- Provide the proposal that required by clients
- Propose the best solution and products to the clients/ customers
- Develop sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Requirements
- Good in communication skill
- Experience in Fire Protection Industry or any related field
- Fluence or good in English ( Speaking & Writing)
- Minimum in Diploma of Sales/Marketing/Engineering or any relevant field is a plus.
- Willing to travel overseas

Salary : RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00
