Group Safety & Security Manager

Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the safety and security operations across all hotel properties, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Develop, implement, and enforce safety and security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the hotel to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain the group's emergency response plans, including fire safety procedures, evacuation plans, and crisis communication strategies.
• Train and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure effective crisis management and emergency preparedness across all properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact during security incidents or emergencies, leading the response and ensuring timely communication with senior management.

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Proven leadership abilities & relevant certification.
• Strong understanding of hotel safety & security operations practices.
• Applications must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
