Position Summary:
To ensure a timely bill submission to all corporate clients, insurance, & third-party administrator with complete document and accurate charges. To assist in handling all customer query which related to billing and insurance
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To compile complete document and process for submission to clients in a timely manner.
- To assure accurate billing information on every document received prior to submission.
- To follow up on pending document from relevant department.
- To informed Business Office departments on uncovered portion and communicate to patient.
- To attend all related enquiry from clients and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- To manage and maintain records of submitted documents for future reference.
- To provide Certified True Copy (CTC) bills and complete documents to clients as required.
- To perform other duties as assigned by HOD.
