JOB REQUIREMENT
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or Business Admin
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in legal firm/ conveyancing is an added advantage.
- Hardworking, willing to learn, self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting Operations: Execute daily accounting tasks, including managing banking transactions, financial operations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Invoicing & Receipts: Generate and issue invoices and official receipts, and ensure all transactions are accurately updated in the specific law firm’s accounting system.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and monitor payments, manage bank transactions, and ensure timely processing of financial activities.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and other routine office tasks.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Audit & Taxation: Support annual audit processes and assist with taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Others: Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
