Responsibilities:
- Manage and process monthly payroll and HR matters including recruitment
- Arrange training if needed
- Handle foreign workers matters and problem
- Renewal foreign workers work permit
Requirements:
- Possess at least professional certificate , Diploma / Advance / Higher or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
- Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
- Possess own transport
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Preferably those can start work immediately
- Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin and English is advantage
- Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
- Possess knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
