We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee all purchasing activities for our Food & Beverage company. The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills (both written and oral), a solid F&B background, and a deep understanding of procurement processes. In this fast-paced environment, the Procurement Manager will manage multiple tasks, ensuring the timely sourcing of quality goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Supplier Management:
- Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of ingredients, supplies, and
equipment for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and
competitive pricing.
- Monitor supplier performance and quality, ensuring the highest standards are met.
- Regularly review contracts and supplier agreements to ensure compliance and
optimize terms.
Inventory & Cost Control:
- Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste, ensuring that inventory
meets operational needs.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, reduce costs, and increase
profitability.
- Analyze purchasing trends and adjust strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and
efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the kitchen, operations, and finance teams to understand
procurement needs and operational priorities.
- Ensure seamless communication between departments regarding delivery
schedules, stock levels, and special procurement requests.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to
procurement and vendor contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activity, costs, inventory levels, and supplier
performance.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously review and refine procurement processes to improve efficiency and
responsiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers, bringing
innovative solutions to the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the Food & Beverage
industry.
- Strong command of English, both written and oral, with excellent communication
skills.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, cost control, and contract management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems, as well as proficiency in
Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
