Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare job description, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Define a fairs, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.
- Design, develop and implement innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve the bench strength of leadership talent.
- Assist Senior Manager in day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and/or any other related.
- At least 10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
