Job Summary: The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase event bookings and meet sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, manage lead pipelines, and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Analyze sales data to track progress, adjust strategies, and generate performance reports for senior management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with the events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and an excellent customer experience.
- Budgeting and Revenue Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, and ensure that financial goals are met.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
