Reporting to the Superior-in-charge, you will be responsible for the support, promotion of the company sales and marketing activities which are or will be handled by Kumpulan Abex Sdn Bhd in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Marketing Management: Oversee and manage sales and marketing efforts for company products in the assigned territory. Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and quotations to meet sales targets. - Client Engagement: Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations. Maintain demo equipment and provide technical insights into products. - Market Research: Analyse competitors and industry trends to develop and implement strategies that enhance market presence and identify new opportunities. - Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and provide follow-up and after-sales service. Educate clients on product features and benefits. - Client Acquisition: Prospect and develop new clients, ensuring their creditworthiness. Report market information and feedback for strategic planning. - Product Consultancy: Offer expert advice on product performance, conduct site visits, and demonstrate equipment. - Financial Management: Manage debt collection processes for sales transactions. - After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. - Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales and marketing reports on a monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual basis to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions. - Client Outreach: Actively engage in client outreach through scheduled visits, strategic cold calling, and proactive client engagement initiatives to expand and strengthen the customer base. Pre-requisites: - Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication) or a related field. - Transportation: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively. - Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Personal Attributes: Excellent self-presentation and business etiquette. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels. - Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and independent with a results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve targets.
