Responsible for account payable section
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
