- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes, business objectives, and system requirements
- Manage the end-to-end HRMS implementation project, including planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that project milestones are met.
- Able to lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate transfer of existing HR data into the new HRMS.
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the application functions as expected.
- Provide in-depth training to HR and IT teams on using and maintaining the HRMS solution.
- Able to create user documentation, training materials, and support resources.
- Able to lead comprehensive HRMS system demonstrations for clients and stakeholders, showcasing key features, functionalities, and customizations to align with their business needs and HR processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to travel outstation whenever necessary, and possess own transportation Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be sociable and confident in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and teams, fostering positive working relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in implementing any HRMS solutions is a preferred qualification and a plus point for this role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and HR best practices.
- Experience in system configuration, data migration, and report customization.
- Familiarity with HR compliance regulations (e.g., JTK, LHDN and local statutory rules/law).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with HR and IT teams.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple HRMS implementation projects simultaneously.
