Job Responsibilities:

PAYROLL

  • Added new employee at excel payslip
  • Update Excel payslip for confirmation & other related
  • Register new employee at Perkeso (EIS)
  • Follow up attendance staff: change rest day & shift working & odd pair clocking
  • Follow up attendance: new outlet clock source appeal & change shift
  • Follow up leave staff - employee no apply leave, superior no approve leave
  • Final salary by outlet headcount & amount net pay to bank
  • PDF & Text file payment advance & salary
  • PDF softcopy attendance & payslip each employee
  • Key transaction detail salary individual for EA amount in excel payslip
  • Prepared yearly EA form
  • Filing letter salary signed to personal file each employee
  • Follow up documents Claim - Socso - Borang 34

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jementah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
