Job Responsibilities:
PAYROLL
- Added new employee at excel payslip
- Update Excel payslip for confirmation & other related
- Register new employee at Perkeso (EIS)
- Follow up attendance staff: change rest day & shift working & odd pair clocking
- Follow up attendance: new outlet clock source appeal & change shift
- Follow up leave staff - employee no apply leave, superior no approve leave
- Final salary by outlet headcount & amount net pay to bank
- PDF & Text file payment advance & salary
- PDF softcopy attendance & payslip each employee
- Key transaction detail salary individual for EA amount in excel payslip
- Prepared yearly EA form
- Filing letter salary signed to personal file each employee
- Follow up documents Claim - Socso - Borang 34
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
- Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Jementah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
