Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Senior/ Asst. Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in manufacturing new equipment standardization, setup, training (working instruction), sourcing new technology in market.
• Ensure equipment schedule maintenance is carry out effectively to minimizes downtime.
• Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for the manufacturing equipment.
• Initiate continuous improvement work to improve equipment productivity and reduce maintenance cost.
• Manage the entire factory's equipment spare parts

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Automation/ Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic engineering.
• 2 positions available: Less than 5 years experience- Engineer, More than 5 years: Senior/ Asst Manager
• Experience in factory equipment maintenance management.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic system, mechanical and electrical system.
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and service motor control .
• Good understanding on how to read & draw mechanical drawing / wiring diagram (CAD drawing).
• Able undergo China for at least 3 months training (Additional Monthly Training Allowance, Hostel, Meals, Flight Ticket and Work Visa Application provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
