· Provide administration and operational support including managing postage/courier, stationery, facility and utility.
· Process documents from branches such as claims, petty cash, cheques, bills, Request for Payments (RFP).
· Compile overtime, training & development activities for sales department.
· Issue official receipt/invoice to customers/branches, finance department.
· Assist branches on daily operational requirements in the absence of the branch's Admin Assistant.
· Support the manager operation with regards to the department operational activities
· Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
