- Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery and customer experience.
