Main Responsibilities:
- responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure activation plans are executed and sales target is achieved
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and refine the company's sales strategy.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, including expenses and revenue forecasts.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize sales team productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
