Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily sales reconciliation, monitor and match payments to sales transactions, investigate discrepancies in invoices & resolve payment discrepancies.
2. Performing daily account data entries, generating invoices, credit/debit memos, statement of accounts & ensuring on-time payment collection.
3. Tracking overdue invoices & following up on them.
4. Respond to inquiries regarding billing and payment.
5. Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
6. Assisting account manager in preparing monthly reports for closing of accounts.
7. Compiling, maintaining and keeping a proper filing of all documents.
8. Any other administrative ad-hoc related tasks within the company as assigned by the management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role. Experience in retail industry is a plus. Fresh grad are welcomed to apply as this position is for junior position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
