Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales and Marketing Manager in a mobile phone company in Malaysia is responsible for driving sales revenue, developing marketing strategies, and managing the overall sales and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Setting sales targets and developing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conducting market analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Acquiring new customers through lead generation and sales conversion.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
• Executing product marketing plans, including positioning and pricing strategies.
• Overseeing digital marketing efforts, such as online advertising and social media marketing.
• Conducting market research to gather customer insights and evaluate competitor strategies.
• Managing marketing communications materials and brand consistency.
• Planning and coordinating marketing events and promotional activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
• Tracking marketing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions for optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
