RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle accounts transaction in either bookkeeping, partial or full set of account preparation.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
  • Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-data.
  • Arrange and manage payments in a timely manner by utilizing the payment terms.
  • Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
  • Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting tasks.
  • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of working experience in accounts/bookkeeping
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Computer literate
  • Have experience using systems UBS will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
