Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and perform month-end closing activities within the given timeline.
• Prepare and provide financial information such as monthly reports, budget and cash flow projections, financial reports, and other related matters for management review and HQ reporting.
• Monitor bank balances, cash flow, and prepare cash flow projections for the company.
• Perform Treasury Activities for the Group.
• Manage annual statutory reporting & tax filing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and other relevant authorities.
• Oversee daily finance operations, establish a strong control environment, and improve various processes.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.
• Identify, report, and resolve accounting-related operational issues, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent or Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 4 years of related working experience is required for this position. Existing Finance Assistant Managers are encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
