Job Description:

  • HR Management: Drive the People Agenda, handling key HR functions like Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, and Rewards & Benefits. Provide HR advisory, partnering with managers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Change Management: Act as a change leader, driving transformation initiatives and coaching managers to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Legal: Stay updated on employment laws, guide employee relations, and ensure compliance with recruitment and termination laws. Oversee employment passes and work permits.
  • Year-End Processes: Lead performance review processes, manage performance ratings, salary reviews, and promotions.
  • Regional Operations: Oversee HR Business Partner/Admin tasks for regional offices, handle HR data maintenance in SAP, and manage procurement, learning and development tracking, and workforce planning for JAPAC (Japan, Asia-Pacific) regions.
  • Shared Services Management: Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth operations, managing regional reporting and corporate secretarial activities.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage office operations, lease negotiations, repairs, and equipment, while handling data maintenance and procurement tasks for the JAPAC region.

Requirements:

  • A degree/diploma in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Strong business acumen and cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP work platform knowledge, Software expertise i.e. SAP, MS Office etc. (MUST HAVE SKILL SET)
  • Must be hands-on and demonstrate can-do attitude.
  • Able to work autonomously, hands-on, meet tight deadlines, and manage various demands.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM12,000.00 per month
