Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, building long-term relationships.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services, addressing client inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Analyse client feedback to improve service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, preparing compelling presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales activities, and project pipelines.
- Collaborate with specification and marketing teams to align on projects and campaigns, representing the company at events.
Key Requirements:
- Sustain overall net sales value by maintaining sales volume and average selling price (ASP) through strategic, sustainable practices.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships to support business growth.
- Drive expansion within the mass market segment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
