Electrical Engineer | Japan MNC

Company Overview
We are collaborating with a Japan MNC company who's dedicated in delivering premium propulsion systems and generators to shipyards and shipowners worldwide, with a focus on maritime applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, interpret, and prepare specifications for electrical systems, including HT, LV, ELV, and Control & Instrumentation, and develop electrical technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Estimate, prepare, and allocate resources required on-site, such as manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
• Prepare Costing/Budget Sheets and Project Management Plans for effective project cost control.
• Plan, implement, and monitor all electrical-related work at sites according to approved drawings, specifications, standards, and requirements.
• Provide engineering and technical support at the project site.
• Coordinate with the Design and Engineering team on project matters.
• Attend all site meetings and inspections, regularly submitting progress reports to management.
• Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., TNB, ST, PBT), customers, main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required by management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience in plants, factories, or buildings.
• Candidates with experience in fast-track construction environments are preferred.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
