  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible for maintaining computer systems within a business setting. Duties include installing computers and other hardware, updating or repairing existing systems and troubleshooting problems with hardware & software.
  • Provide technical support to an organization’s employees and customers.
  • Duties and responsibilities typically include the following:

- Paying close attention to the user’s description of their computer problem and asking questions to identify the problem and determine how to solve it.

- Training users on how the use of new hardware or software.

- Testing and evaluating the organization’s computer network.

- Troubleshooting network problems and individual user hardware or software problems.

- Setting up or repairing computer hardware and other associated devices such as printers and scanners,

  • Works under minimum Supervision. Seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions
  • Prepare and maintain system documentations, examining records and reports, operating practices.
  • Support and participate in IT projects and reviews, including preparation and response to security reviews.
  • Support the meeting room equipment’s & telephony (IP phone).
  • Maintain and repair computer systems for users across departments.
  • Work closely with other IT personnel to troubleshoot hardware problems and install new equipment.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge on computer setup & troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge on printers setup & troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge on Windows OS, Microsoft Office & etc
  • Knowledge on Scanner, RF Gun, Photocopy machine
  • Knowledge on Active Directory & share folder setup & support
  • Knowledge on IT security tools such as antivirus & vulnerability system, computer encryption tool
  • Knowledge on Inventory Management (CMDB)
  • Knowledge on Software & Licensing
  • Knowledge on endpoint network troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on meeting room equipment’s & telephony (IP Phone)
  • Communication/ listening/ customer service/ problem-solving/ analytical skills.

Education & Experience:

  • IT Diploma with 6 years experience and above or
  • IT Degree with 0 - 3 years experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,050.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
