Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Cook to join one of our kitchens in Subang Jaya.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
- Passionate about food!
- Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus
- Be a qualified cook: (Certificates available upon request)
- Positive and inviting attitude – you will need to engage and have conversations with customers
- Enjoy working around children: You're cooking for and catering to students, faculty, staff and parents
- Self-motivated and can work with the team
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurant
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals
- Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits
- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
- Own transportation to/from work location
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
- Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints
