Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management Accounts (MA) Preparation:

• Prepare monthly and annual management accounts (MA) for the company.
• Ensure all financial figures and data are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Provide insights and analysis based on the management accounts to support strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare a full set of financial statements including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Balance Sheet Schedules.
• Generate and maintain detailed AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) Ageing reports.
• Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and company records.

3. AR & AP Verification:

• Review and verify the accuracy of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor and manage the AR and AP sides of the companies under your responsibility, ensuring proper reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1 years in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Experienced with ERP is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
