  • Designing, implementing and executing recruiting plan and systems for the company efficiently.
  • Doing market research and trends in order to map out the potential talent pool
  • Ensure timely recruitment services that meet the organization’s needs for quantity, skills, and potential for both the short-term and long-term development of the business.
  • Responsible to source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels including traditional and digital channels, career fairs, campus recruitment and other engagements.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate with HR manager throughout the recruitment process to identify the best talent.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is complete throughout the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. This includes conducting reference/background checks, pay slip verification and other required onboarding checks on selected candidates.
  • Develop and conduct new staff on-boarding program and coordinate periodic reviews during probation.
  • Compile, update and report on recruitment data and analytics.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your superior from time to time as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at lease a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment agency or in-house recruitment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify top talents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, highly committed, positive and responsible.
  • Willing to travel when there is recruiting need.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
